"A brand new IHG hotel here in Labuan Bajo. I've never stayed at any hotel in the IHG group where the service has been this good. The standard of service here by all members of staff from all departments has been only 5 stars. I'm embarrassed to single out any staff member"

Fabulous breakfast buffet but truly appreciate reception staff who made multiple calls, texts and follow ups for a trip screw up. Truly caring and went above and beyond a boat tour that was mishandled by tour agency. It had nothing to do with them but we asked their help and they fixed it. Eternally grateful "

Ristorante molto buono, con prezzi un po' più alti della media di Flores. La struttura si trova a circa 9 km dalla città, quindi necessario noleggiare uno scooter o chiamare un taxi se si vuole visitare altre zone. La spiaggia dispone di lettini e panche ombreggiate, purtroppo il mare è torbido e non invitante per...

"This is an amazing private resort. Location is amazing, staff so friendly and helpful. We had a great day trip to Komodo, to see the Komodo dragons and also swim with manta rays and turtles. Amazing snorkelling right by the resort at the jetty as well. "
