"We stayed at Flamingo Bajo Waecicu for one night as a family of five adults before our flight to Lombok. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and ideal for a short stay.
The biggest drawback was the pool area. There is **no protection from the sun whatsoever**. There are no umbrellas, covered seating areas, or any other form of shade, making it extremely uncomfortable to spend time by the pool during the day.
Breakfast was disappointing, with a very limited buffet offering very few choices....

"Unfortunately, the reviews mentioning that the accommodations are run-down are accurate. I stayed in one of the rooms in the main hotel-style building, and it was disappointing. The room didn’t feel very clean, there were squished bugs and unidentified marks on the walls, and it had a strange smell. I can’t speak for the individual cottages, which may be nicer, but I wouldn’t recommend the main building in its current condition.
The location is beautiful, with gorgeous beach views....

"This is an absolute budget hotel and therefore one shouldn't expect it to be a 5-star experience. Room, amenities etc were basic but I expected the room to look like the one pictured on the website; it wasn't. It did have a decent restaurant onsite and the included breakfast was plain but okay. I had dinner one night and it was quite delicious. Internet connection was stable enough but I also had mobile connection so I didn't notice issues with connectivity. Staff was friendly. "We really enjoyed our stay at the Sudamala. The service and hospitality of the staff was outstanding. We checked out for an overnight excursion and when we returned the next day our bags were already in our room and everything was seamless. The pool and beach amenities were relaxing and enjoyable, including poolside service from bar. And we had outstanding meals and service in the restaurant. Would stay here again any time"
