"I had a very pleasant 4-night stay at Fierro Hotel. All the staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English. The room was spacious and clean. The TV even had many free, live channels, and you didn’t need your own paid subscription to Apple, Netflix, or other useless streaming services like many hotels do these days. The biggest surprise was the breakfast, served from 7 am to 3 pm! It wasn't a buffet; instead, you could choose your meal from a few à la carte options and espresso or...

"Excelentes instalaciones como esperarías de esta cadena, sin embargo, el servicio por parte de todo el personal que nos atendió fue impecable!
Y la ubicación, es buenísima
Lo único es que al tocarnos primer piso y frente a la zona de restaurantes y bares hubo momentos donde podía escucharse mucho bullicio, nada que no se pudiera tolerar"

"Excellent location, you can walk everywhere. Plaza serrano is 10 minutes away. That’s where you can find the pretty narrow streets and many places to eat. At night, it also comes alive with music, drinks and more. The hotel feels personal and decor rates with love. The staff is exceptional, special thanks to the front desk team: Jose, Jean, Milena, Agustín. Definitely recommend"

"Charming hotel in a fantastic location!
We loved the location in the heart of Palermo and the friendly, helpful staff. The hotel has a cute atmosphere, and the double bathtub was a great bonus! Cleanliness and bathroom maintenance could be improved, and the amenities felt limited for the price. Overall, a lovely stay with excellent hospitality and a great base for exploring Buenos Aires."
