"Very nice room till the water started to come up through the flooring and we had to move to another room, and you would think there would be stir sticks for the in room coffee."

"Beautiful view but beds were terrible and uncomfortable."

"The WiFi is useless if you complain they give you a phone number to call because they say there is no problem it’s unstable and won’t stay connected. If you call the number he spoke very broken English and was no help at all. The bed was worn out large indentation the fold out couch was in worse shape than the bed. In the morning it took 5 minutes to get hot water out of the faucet I timed it The place is showing it’s age if you want a very uncomfortable sleep stay in room 110"

"The room was very nice and clean. It was smaller than the photos looked. But it was still nice with lots of closet space and drawers. There is a smell from the water when you use it. I noticed it at the beach and other local areas too. It wasn’t a fishy smell but still a bit off putting. The pool and hot tub were great and having chairs and the shark tooth tool as well as beach towels was a wonderful benefit. They also have snacks and water available in the office at no charge. I would stay here...

"Gym was aerobic only, no weights/mats. Staff was good but would have been nice to have a front desk check in person for any concerns"

"Needed a cheap place to stay before a flight. You get what you pay for. The area felt very unsafe.. didn’t feel comfortable leaving anything in my rental car. The woman at the front desk was not friendly or helpful by any means and frankly didn’t seem to want to be there. Wasn’t even greeted with a smile or a hello. While the hotel clearly is recently updated it is still unappealing in parts. Trash in the hallway by the elevator, empty abandoned vending machine.. My room smelt like cigarettes...

"Clean"

"We stayed in the older part of the resort. Rooms need a complete overhaul. The newer area looks very nice and love the Tiki Bar is great."

"Room was clean and comfortable, however, there was an awful sewage smell on the 4th floor, which also permeated the room. We went downstairs and reported the smell to the front desk, and the girl was nonchalant. There was no ice machine on the 4th floor, had to go to other floors. Overall, good enough for a 2 night's stay."
