"This hotel was the worse hotel ive ever stayed in. We came in at night no one was there at the front so i had to use a phone on the wall to dial 0 to reach someone.When they answered, the person seemed just aggravated that she had a customer. Then, she hardly spoke but maybe a sentence to me to tell me what room i was in. "The staff is friendly, very helpful and kind. The rooms could use a deep cleaning with the carpet. Theirs no exhaust fan. The breakfast is unfortunately not the best but overall wouldn’t mind booking here again if i needed a last minute stay"

"The desk clerk, Robert, was great. He called me to confirm my stay, when my flight was 6 hours late. He and the shuttle driver were top notch and very helpful and friendly. The room was great also. All good things to say. "

"Everything was very clean; Staff were wonderful especially Anniah each day. She was so patient while having to deal with many cruise ship passengers trying to check in early, us included. They served a fabulous buffet breakfast which included hot and cold Items. They also had coffee and ice water available all day. The pool was beautiful and clean. The airport shuttle was very convenient! Wonderful stay and will stay again!!"

"Property was ok. The lobby is updated and great for sitting for a drink or coffee but the rooms are just ok. "

"Spacious and clean room. Comfortable beds. Helpful staff. Some electrical equipments like TV and telephone are kind of outdated but work fine. The laundry room is a bonus but needs better maitainance. The shower water is good but the cold and hot water labels on the shower valve are reversed. So if you turn the valve all the way to the H side, you’ll get cold water. Just turn to to 1-2 o’clock position to get good water temperature."

"Checkin was a breeze. Parking was easy. We had a very spacious king room. The bed was very comfortable. Carpet was newish. Bathroom shower a little worse for wear but spacious. Elevator was very slow. We would stay here again."
