"Cute, quaint property that was very clean and comfy. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfy and the a/c kept the room like an icebox lol. We had a water view room and it was perfect to sit in the provided chairs with cocktails and fish."

"Great Stay Everytime! We stay at the Kingsail about 3 times per year. The rooms are Always clean, Staff is Excellent, Great views of Lagoon, Kyacks, Pool, is impeccable, and more! "This is not your five-star resort. It is clean, cute, and more than fine for a stay. We chose this property due to the location. We weren't in Key West for the typical Key West stuff. I wanted to be close to the port for the Dry Tortugas ferry. The resort is a bit outdated, but well maintained. The rooms are layers of paint and bathrooms are older colors, so it doesn't look great, but it is very clean. The bathroom was very small but served its purpose just fine. "Have breakfast in included. Remedy the TV situation, screen keeps freezing after on for a while… did not find any local programming. Had 2 remotes to run the TV, very hard to use. Staff was awesome. Pool and bar were vey nice."

"The office closes at 9 PM and they have an emergency number to call, not your traditional hotel. The rooms are very small but cozy. Take a look at the rooms, it may or may not suit your needs. Property has access to a boat ramp and that's really good if you own a boat. Property has no pool, there is, however; access to a small beach which is great. I feel the price is a bit higher for what the property has to offer."
