"We stayed 6-25 to 6-29 don’t let the reviews scare you like it did me. I read reviews after we booked and was terrified . We arrived and it was nothing like I had read in the reviews . The staff cannot be more polite! Every single one of them. Me and my mom were simply walking from the car one night and one of the staff members asked if we needed help carrying anything . We always got clean towels . The elevator was in perfect working condition everytime we went to use it . There were numerous luggage carts at the doors each time we walked by. It was quiet at night , we felt safe, beds were great . Cold AC Literally cannot beat the view and access to the beach! You are pretty much on the sand! The outside hallways could def use some attention such as paint . I read a lot of reviews about roaches and mold, never once did we see a single bug and saw no mold. A lot of reviews mentioned parking issues, we never had an issue . If the main lot was full we simply parked in overflow. My mom is handicapped and got a handicap parking spot. We had hot showers each time . The only complaint I have is that there was no iron or ironing board and we needed to iron clothes for family pics. Also there is no free ice machine for guests and the ice was expensive. Def not big issues .
