"This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!"

It had numerous full length windows overlooking the river, which provided a tranquil view of the water and passing boats. "Die tollen Mitarbeiter, die bereits vor der Anreise Kontakt aufgenommen und alles für eine stressfreie Anreise geregelt haben. Das Zimmer sauber uns sehr gut ausgestattet. Zudem liegt es, trotz vielbefahrener Hauptstraße an einem ruhigen Hinterhof. Sehr empfehlenswert!"

"Located close to central station and u-bahn. Clean rooms. Bar area didnt seem staffed - maybe it was just my timing. I didnt deduct points as others might not care, but having chosen the hotel since it had a kettle, i was not impressed by having to drink out of a nasty plastic cup."
