"I planned to train | walk from here to places I was keen on (it is right across the street from the Wedding stop). I came home late (after midnight) and the area was a touch dodgy. If I was a lone female traveller, I’d have been neevous. Unit is clean and has a stocked kitchen. I’d stay again if Mitte was overbooked | overpriced."

"The reception is in the hotel next door. It was not clear where to queue up for that. Only one key was provided (and when we asked for a second one, they deactivated the first one!). The room was quite dirty; when the cleaner came, they did not make the bed, or empty the bins. On request to empty the bin, half of it was emptied (no new bin bag was put in, though), and half of the contents were moved to another bin! There was no air-con, only a noisy fan. The window could not be opened more...

"Hotels.com was misleading about the location of this property. I booked this as it stated it was in centre, which it was not. If I knew of the exact location, I would not have booked it. This was our first visit to Berlin and I did not expect the apartment to be across the road from a park for the homeless and to openly see drug use taking place. There needs to be more of an honest representation of where this property is located. We received no check in details until I called to request....
