"Very updated and clean rooms. My only issue was that it listed a shower/tub combo and it was a walk in shower only, no tub. I purposely book rooms with tubs because I enjoy using them. I was disappointed about that aspect. Other than that it was a nice room."

Cute gift shop and great view of the river while eating in the restaurant. Nice atmosphere, local music and friendly staff. Room was very nice, updated w an electric fireplace, Bluetooth speaker, fridge and microwave. Better than I expected when I arrived."

Only thing is the quality of the toilet paper: it's was thin like silk paper but other than that the bed was comfortable, water pressure and temperature was fine, kitchenette very functional, premises were quiet, river access is nice and location is fantastic for Franconia Notch State Park activities."

"I’d stayed here before when it was days inn, but this time around i had a totally different experience. there was hair left in the shower, many of the things in the room were broken like the sink drain, tv, night stand. there were stains on the comforter. i felt it was overall very dirty and made me feel uncomfortable sleeping in a bed that i didn’t feel was clean. especially for the price we paid, i definitely didn’t feel it was worth that at all."

"The Mount Coolidge was very clean and was located very convenient for our activities. The owners were very friendly and allowed us a late check out time, which was very much appreciated! If in the area, I would stay there again if I was visiting the Woodstock/Lincoln area!"

"River Walk Resort was a pleasant surprise for us! The mountain resort was great for summer vacation with easy access tons of things to do in and around town. The resort, nestled between mountains, was immaculate and the pool was dining options were great. The room was also great. The trip in general was very peaceful!"

"Bert and Maritza were great at communicating prior to the actual stay with self check-in/out without the need to stop by the office. When we arrived, Bert was doing work around the property and came by to introduce himself. The stay was great, they have fire pit nightly and a swimming pool, also a designated parking spot for the stay. The location was convenient, the room was newly renovated and clean. Would stay again!"

"The staff were very nice. The rooms were dated but the bed was super comfortable. The bedspread was dirty and in the morning there were two mouse poops in the bed. The air conditioner was from 1975 and did not work. The bathroom was clean."

"We enjoyed breakfast both mornings. The room was spacious and quaint. Unfortunately, despite putting the sign on the door as directed our room was not cleaned. We had dinner at the Inn one evening. Meal was good but waited almost an hour for our appetizer. A new staff member (her first day) was very pleasant and helpful. Overall a good stay and we would return."
