"We stayed here while attending the Catalunya MotoGP and it was a great base, only around a 30-minute drive to the circuit. "We found Mataro to be a great place from which to come and go to Barcelona a this hotel was an easy place to stay. Just a walk along the waterfront to get to the train! The rooms are pretty basic but clean and adequate. The breakfast is good. Staff were lovely and helpful."

"The garden area was closed while I was there. The spa times were restrictive and not offered while I was onsite. The restaurant there was very good but only offered a limited fixed price menu during late hours for dinner and was closed for the times that I was there. Breakfast was also very good, but started later than I needed it several days. Overall, it was really nice property with wonderful staff and pleasant grounds. I just wish that the amenities were open when I needed them."

"I did not like the location at all. It was two hours drive from Barceloma centre. And they refused to accommodate me to another location close to centre town. Therefore I did not stay in that hotel. Perhaps it was my fault to reserve a room and pay them fully $1431.37. At the same time they could have made some concession and refunded some money. I stayed at other hotels in Barceloma and Madrid. I was a big loss for me."
