"It is an old property that needs further refurbishment. We waited five minutes at check in and finally called for service. Office was closed at 8:45am when when departed. We had to leave the key in our room. One bottle of water in the room otherwise no amenities, coffee or tea, refrigerator, bottle opener. I'd expect more for the rate. They did have two wine glasses. Our garden view looked at roofs. If you leaned over you could see umbrellas below. Second floor walk up. The rooms were just old...

"We enjoyed our stay here. The hotel itself was very clean, parking included, the rooms were updated and spacious, and the service was overall good. They constantly have water and fruit out for grabs, there are cookies from 4-7 every day, and coffee out every morning. The only main problem was the beds - they were very uncomfortable and caused significant back pain in all four of us. However, for the price (in Napa), location, and overall stay, we were happy."

"The furniture and paint were incredibly shop worn & photos completely misrepresented the actual room. The towels were worn and literally ragged and there were no toiletries except one measly thin soap to be used for everything. There was no coffee to be found anywhere or even nearby. It was not the get away I had hoped for, but more like a prison sentence that I had to endure!"

"First time staying at an Archer Hotel and the one in Napa did not disappoint & was awesome. We loved our room, it was clean & very well-appointed. The location is great, walking distance to many restaurants & bars including Oxbow Public Market. The rooftop bar was very nice to look out over the city & river valley & made great cocktails. We enjoyed the rooftop pool which had permanent lounge chairs set in a shallow pool to cool off on a hot sunny day. Many comfortable loungers and even outside...
