"Perfect setting/landscape with beautiful views of mountains. Clean, great staff. Only thing missing in terms of amenities was no microwave in rooms."

"This hotel is in a safe area but is currently undergoing renovations. It did not impact the rooms during our stay but the pool is currently closed. The amenities are very basic but it was clean. We did not eat there for breakfast so cannot comment on that. Our biggest surprise was that there was no coffee provided in the rooms and not even a plastic cup for water. Our rating would have been higher if those items would have been available without having to go down to the breakfast area. "

"Our sixth floor suite was very comfortable. A well equipped kitchen, a comfortable living room, a cozy bedroom, and a wonderful view of the mountains all contributed to a very enjoyable stay. The hotels location is ideal for access to downtown Asheville, the river arts, District, the Biltmore estate, and much more. The staff was great, too. "Totally under construction. I feel like that should be disclosed prior to stay. I would not have stayed there under those conditions. It need the facelift though. I would have preferred not being there during the remodel."

"Despite being under remodeling construction, the hotel maintained a Marriott Courtyard quality and staff was very kind. there was no breakfast, though and that was a bummer."

"Absolutely awesome place. The staff at check in were very helpful and shared a restaurant list! Our room was clean and gorgeous, with comfortable robes, a large bathtub with a book/drink holder, comfortable robes, the whole works. The breakfast was quite substantial for a continental breakfast, and everything tasted excellent. The coffee was VERY good too. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Windsor! The staff was friendly, the location was in the heart of downtown so shopping and food are walkable. The room was very clean and had everything you would need. Our room included a refrigerator, stove, microwave, washer,dryer, etc. It was a very cozy room that felt like a home away from home. If we are ever on the area again we will definitely be staying at the Windsor again!"

"Great location, 5 minute walk to shops and restaurants downtown but in a quiet area. Staff was very helpful, specifically Menaldo. Room was very clean, rooftop bar staff was a fun bunch. Nice place to see the sunset."
