"Our 5 night stay at Hotel Victoria Palace was very enjoyable. The room and bathroom was clean and modern. The breakfast was excellent with many choices and the service staff - Nina, Fanta and Makhan were so helpful. On the last day Fanta even made me a special tea with Ginger and Lemon to help my sore throat. The Hotel is in a very convenient location very close to 2 Metro stations and in walking distance to some popular tourist spots. Definitely recommend it and would stay here again."

"Everything about this hotel was above what we expected. The rooms and bathroom were large, beautifully decorated and everything was in perfect condition. My husband and I were ill and spent the entire day in bed. We were grateful that if we had to spend the day in bed, it was at this hotel.The staffed helped us whenever they saw an opportunity to do so. They even gave us little gifts for our 2 grandchildren. The breakfast was excellent with freshly made omelettes and freshly baked croissants....

"My recent stay was excellent. The room was clean, and the breakfast fulsome and delicious. In terms of the staff, Florence was absolutely lovely and gracious. She provided great customer service and leven helped me by offering me an early check-in. And Marco was also wonderful. His client service skills are excellent, and he helped make a number of restaurants reservations for me. Both Florence and Marco strived to make my stay welcoming and enjoyable. I will definitely return."

"The staff were so warm and helpful. All of them. Make reservations for the rooftop restaurant as soon as you book. We had trouble getting in even for drinks. Gorgeous view of the city. Pretty good hike for most tourist landmarks. But a quiet hotel in a quiet area with plenty of restaurant options."

"Staff was attentive and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Duvet was too hot for us but cleaning staff provided us an extra sheet for our bed. Negatives: Our room’s door needed adjusting so that it closed completely when we/cleaning staff left the room. A bit concerning when leaving for the day. The breakfast was expensive for a basic buffet with no hot foods; it was 25 euros per person = over $40 CAD each. We opted to go to a local boulangerie instead which was much more reasonable."

"Pluses: very tasteful interior, especially the room. Clean and fresh modern look very well suited to the architecture. Great mattress. Helpful and friendly staff. Complimentary wine (red and white) in the evening, with treats - great idea for a bit of socializing with other travellers. Optimal checkout time at noon. Minuses: only one, and that only for people hypersensitive to noise. While my room faced an inner well and had thus zero traffic noise, the ventilator in the roof was very audible...
