"I got this one for my uncle and buoy!!!! It said non smoking room but the room was smelling of cigarettes and we were asked to go away for almost an hour for them to air out the room (it didn't change much) Then the single seater couch 😭😭. First of all it isn't necessary and it was disgustingly dirty especially on the armrests and headrests. Honestly for nearly $100 this was the worst..... If we could we would have got a refund and gone to share our room with him since there was a scarcity...

"This stay was as expected. Despite a recent renovation, their television is unable to cast to your phone to stream or have any WiFi connection. The room only had one dresser drawer and it was small. The tile was cracked on the bathroom floor and tub. Our sheets had small stains. There was a weird sound like a cricket when we slept and couldn’t figure out the source. The shower also made a weird noise equivalent to a cow bell. Mini fridge and microwave could have been cleaned better. They...

"Remodeling is taking place so there is a lot of containers in the parking lot. The room was nice, but the sink faucet had a leak and the toilet paper dispenser was held on by silicone and would fall out of the wall when toilet paper was pulled. The breakfast was better than I expected. Hopefully, once the remodeling is done, my complaints will be resolved."

"The floors, even though were mopped still left your socks and feet dirty. The coffee at the breakfast bar was almost undrinkable. The room cleaners were nice and courteous. Linda was especially nice and friendly. She did a great job cleaning the room. We bought trash bags to empty out the 2 small trash cans into on Wednesday and put it under the bathroom sink, when we left on Sunday morning, it was still there even though they had come into the room and put soap and tissues in there on Saturday....

"I stayed in a recently renovated suite and it was fantastic. The best feature was the shower control opposite the shower head, great idea. The breakfast included was also fabulous. Enjoyed my one night there immensely. Very close to the Riverbanks Zoo where I went the next morning. Ery nice zoo."
