"It was disappointing. We know the hotel is old and need work and we accept that but to not have towels in the pool area for the evening of the 8th and again at 11 am on the 9th is unacceptable. I even asked if I need to bring towels from my room and she said no need as there is alway towels. there is no one in pool area or remotely close to ask. THe pool was also extremely hot and steamy. not vented is dangerous and uncomfortable. My kids and I also was not able to rinse off the chlorine...
