"Location was key as this was a 5 min drive to my event. This was very easy to get to as it was close to freeway but not too close to hear the noise. The room was clean and spacious. The hallway had a faint scent of cigarette smoke like if someone was smoking right outside the door and the smoke got sucked into the hotel hallway. But there was none of that in the room which is the most important part. They have a filtered water bottle dispenser in the hall next to their ice machine, a big plus!...

"The checking was easy. I had prepaid for the stay. Miki was very helpful with my special needs accommodations. 1st floor, service animal. She was very nice and i enjoyed speaking with her. For me, simple is perfect. I needed very little. My room was efficient and was all i needed. The room was clean and bright. Nice bathroom and shower. Good water pressure and plenty of Hot water. "I was in town for a wedding and Bella Vista was the perfect stay. The rooms are unique, breakfast was different and amazing each day, and I felt safe in the property. The atmosphere and views can’t be beat!"
