"I appreciate a service of Giada a lot. We arrived late at 22:30, and missed the reception opening time and her message in Expedia. Though Giada picked up our call, and instructed us to get the keys of our room. The keys of AC are not in the key ring but she delivered to our door. Breakfast is in a nice room near the entrance. Only thing is, we accidentally walked through the markets at night which is a bit messy and chaotic. Can try to avoid that area at night if walking to hotel."

"Michele was helpful , but getting the address was complicated. After finding the car drop off location, you carry your luggage’s across the street up the stairs like 20 stairs . ( where there is no lights at night) The room did not have a phone, I wanted to call my car rental office. No tissues, and no channels on the TV, I usually like to listen to music in my room. Getting in and out of the Suite building was a bit shady. My recommendation for extra $50/ night , get a hotel ."

"This is a great place to stay. It is very central and close to walk to many of the historic sites, restaurants, and the marina. The staff were great, always helpful with suggestions and help when needed. Right outside the door there’s a great pizza place, and lots of other really nice places near by. Breakfast was really nice, and they have a minibar in their terrace room to have a glass of wine. Only downside is there are no elevators, so be ready to carry your bags up 4 flights of stairs.
