"Excellent hotel close to the city centre with its pedestrianised area and attractions. Traditional and comfortable. Cosy but freshly decorated room. Hospitality tray. Comfortable communal areas. Excellent breakfast. Staff could not do too much for you. Bus from airport stopped about 150m away, so easy to access. Would thoroughly recommend."

"A/C not working. Apparently shut off as to the time of the year and local ordinance? Bare bulb lamp, no shade. 4 hangers. Bathtub/ shower had mildew stains, drain plug laying on the side of the tub probably due to the fact that drain was very slow so we are standing in dirty water. Asked to change rooms which is being accommodated for days 2 & 3, haven’t seen that room yet. "

"Excellent location, clean room and good quality bed. Giada on reception was friendly and very efficient. Good breakfast including very fresh fruit salad and good coffee. Enjoyed the stay. "

"The rooms were large. The location was excellent, close to the main areas but very quiet. The bed was extremely firm, too firm for us. Generally, it was a little dated. Breakfast was okay. In my opinion, not a 4 star property though. "

"Great little boutique hotel with a welcome staff, beautifully, clean rooms, vaulted ceilings, and right on the edge of all the action in Palermo. Beautifully landscaped around the perimeter of the hotel with a nice inviting Hot Tub and A sunning and swimming area as well. And a top notch breakfast spread every morning was a welcome site."

"To be honest, I am giving 5 stars for Linda in the bar and kitchen staff. She goes over board when my friends told her it is my birthday while me and friends are having a drink at the bar! The management I have been messaging to make it special for my birthday but done nothing even just a welcome sweets or card and didn’t even get back to my message! Linda made it happen anyway! So 5 stars for Linda! Keep up the good work! You are definitely a star!"

"Good location a 10 min walk to Quattro Conti area. Small room, bathroom needs some upgrades. Rooftop restaurant, staff and food were all awesome! Parking at a parking lot close by. "
