"Everything was exceptional. The hospitality from Graham and Sheena was second to none. We got lost our first night out and after a quick call, Graham got us back on track and was actually on his way out to find us when we turned up the drive! That is the level of hospitality provided. Breakfast was delectable! Fresh, buttery croissants, creamy eggs, tasty haggis, sweet fried tomatoes and the tenderest bacon! The beds were so comfortable and the pillows so fluffy!!! The Walker shortbread in the...

"The lodge is beautiful in very peaceful area, it was very clean with everything we needed. We used it mainly for a base as we were traveling so only really slept there. The lodge is situated between 2 other properties and would benefit ( I’m my opinion) with blinds on all lower windows. The bed is very comfortable but a bit on the narrow side. The shower is fantastic very big and spacious. The Wi-Fi is on the slow side but apart from that we thoroughly enjoyed our time there especially when we...

"We liked having on demand tea and coffee available downstairs for no extra charge. The breakfast was nice too but it would have been good if each item had labels on it to make identifying gluten free options easier so we didn't have to find someone to ask. The rooms also have no air con so if the weather had been any warmer, it may have been a bit uncomfortable. They do provide a fan though. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially at reception."
