"A clean and safe place to stay in Des Moines, especially by the airport. They also offer a park and stay deal, for those who need to fly out but leave their car somewhere. The staff were extremely kind, but we didn't have a pleasant experience with the lady running the breakfast in the morning. She could have been tired, but was short with us trying to make a waffle. "Great staff and room"

"Everything was fine, except we were unable to get on the internet. We asked for assistance, but nobody helped. We asked them to reboot it."

"Needs a renovation. Rooms were disgusting and rundown. Our room stunk of smoke and stagnant air. Went to open window which was full of black mold. Last two inches of stick used to secure window was all black mold. Have tried calling management three times and they are always gone for an emergency. Have not returned any of my calls. "

"Clean room, very stylish bathroom with lavender scented toiletries. I wish the facility had more moisture in the air because the ultra dry air gave me a low grade migraine but was very beautiful. I was there as a wedding guest. They offer very unique and preferred option for the guests like a social hour with orderves before being seated for the dinner followed the wedding. "

On check-in, Parker explained our parking options (rapidly, with an obvious intent to suggest we pay for the $20/daily unlimited in-and-out hotel parking; with a statement that he didn't know the cost of parking on the street (it's $1.25/hour from 9 am to 9 pm; free overnight) and that the ramp across the way was $10/day with no in and out. "I've been here for a month or so now with I issues the staff is friendly, they leave you to yourself and have taken care of any issues I've had right away or the next morning. as good as living in a hotel can be it's nice. wish they had coffee machines in room or downstairs ,but it's all good and a gym would be excellent but so far my that's my only complaint"
