"We enjoyed our stay at this property with our two dogs. It was convenient to downtown and nice to walk out onto the beach from the hotel. Bonnie was very helpful to us during our stay and no matter what we needed help with she went above and beyond to help us. She is an asset to the hotel. Also, my husband had great experiences with the lady who was in charge of breakfast and spoke highly of her and the food. "

"It’s a little older hotel but very clean and staff was very friendly. 24 hour shuttle to the airport took literally 3 minutes to reach departure area. Very convenient. "

"This place is amazing. It's only been there 4 years, but it looks brand new!! Staff and services, like valet, were nice, very helpful, store is convenient, has a restaurant in the hotel as well. You must stay here if you go to Jacksonville Beach. The inside of the hotel is amazing to look at. It has several different areas with different designs. I give the hotel 5 stars. I will stay there every time I go!!!"
