"Our room needed a new mattress. We were given a room for handicapped but we didn't request or want one. We were told at check-in that's all that was available. Noisy kids on the floor above that the management didn't address. Their jumping around went on for a couple of hours when we were trying to get to sleep. Breakfast was just ok. We won't stay there again."

"Banquet hall was across from our room. Was told it would quiet down about 930-1000. At 11pm it got quieter and then the loud cackling start in the bar directly below our room and continued past 230 am. We were traveling and I had the worst nights sleep. "The room was much upgraded compared to the current listed pictures. There was obviously new carpet and white bedding. Very clean room. Only downside was having a room by the exit door and hearing it slam all night. Breakfast options were decent- I wouldn’t expect any better for the price we paid."

"The beds in room 215 need to be replaced, the mattresses were sagging on both beds. The other guests were loud and running up and down the hall in from of my room. The guests outside my window were loud. The room we stayed in was over the second entrance. My previous experiences were good. This time was my experience was very unpleasant and frustrating."

"Bathroom floor was leaking fluids through the vinyl cracks. Appliances weren't working, breakfast were serve cold (which is why I tried to heat it up in the microwave but it wasn't working and then I asked the front desk simply to be told "doesn't work."...) Staff would yell down the hall at each other regardless of time of day from 9[m to as early as 4am
I will not stay here again and I do not recommend for anyone who wants to relax or have a hot breakfast accommodations. "
