"The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was ok. The items were not checked frequently for being hot and replenished. The staff was very helpful when asked for assistance even at breakfast. I would definitely stay again. We plan to come back in September. It was a convenient location to get to the Harbor area. The parking was convenient and free."

There's visible damage to the building as you pull up to the entrance. The hallway carpets need cleaning or replacement. The AC had just gone out in the lobby just before we arrived, but I suspect that was just unfortunate timing."

"Ok for a quick visit but wouldn't recommend for anything beyond a weekend stay. Please be aware that people do not respect the non-smoking signs throughout the hotel. My room reeked of cigarette smoke and I had to keep the AC going to filter out the smell. Mu entire side of the hotel was non-smoking. Also I wouldn't recommend bringing kids there. "The room was clean, beds were super comfortable, and free breakfast was a bonus. We stayed one night and used the transportation to the cruise ship that they offered. Would definitely recommend!"

"The double room was very small. The door would not close all the way you could see the light from outside from the side and from under the door room 332. The Blanket had smoke holes in it more than a few and pretty big size. The staff was nice tho. People live there full time- no judgement tho just making a statement ."

"Parking garage across the street, about $20 a day. Room was clean, quiet and in a great, safe walkable area. Breakfast was just ok. Ran out of pancake batter often in the pancake machine and was slow to refill. Not too many options at breakfast, but otherwise great hotel for families. Walk a couple blocks to an ice cream place called “Crave.” You won’t be disappointed!"

"The hotel was recently renovated and all facilities are lovely. Expect the exterior to be the same and enjoy its perfect location near the harbor. In general the staff was attentive and welcoming.
