"Excellent hotel"

"There was a smell outside of the hotel (urine). The bed and pillows were was just okay. TV had a bit of static. We had the a/c down but it didn’t cool well. The layout of the hotel was strange. Like a maze. Staff was friendly and location was good."

"Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here. When we arrived, the first room provided appeared to still be occupied or had not been properly prepared for new guests. Instead of receiving the room we originally booked, we were moved to a much smaller room that did not match our expectations from the reservation. "The room carpet and hall floors were very dirty. We found hair extensions in the carpet. We spoke to manager of housekeeping and he promised to have the floors clean, but it never happened. We will never stay there again."
