"We had to wait till we got to our room. There was plenty of people in the waiting area. Didn’t know if they were checking in or checking out. Staff was great. The rooms were clean love the kitchen and the breakfast buffet. All in all, I would stay here at this hotel again. And I also love complementary pick up at the airport."

"The air conditioner made loud sounds throughout the night keeping me awake. There is construction going on to upgrade the property. I understand but the water had to be turned off at 11:00 am when checkout is at noon. It seems this could have happened closer to checkout time. I was happy the staff allowed me to have an hour later checkout without cost due to my flight schedule. The staff were polite and welcoming at all times."

"Got to the airport about 1030pm & was still able to use the shuttle from the hotel even though they stop the shuttle at 11. Quick easy check in. Clean, good sized room! Bed & bedding was great quality for hotel. We ordered doordash & didnt get any utensils & front desk staff was great & gave us plates & utensils. Will definitely come back if we're back in the area!"

"Hotel needs an overhaul. The rooms are old outdated with old worn furniture. It’s looks like a cheap motel. The bathroom sink and mirror are upgraded, but everything else is dingy looking. There are no usb plugs, and the lighting is bad in the sleeping and living area. Luckily I was only there for about six hours overnight after returning from the Bahamas."
