"I stayed there for 3 days and 2 nights and only had one wash cloth. We had to use hand towels to wash. I asked the maid if we can have more wash cloths and I wasn't given but 1 to replace the one that was used. When we arrived the tub was filthy! "I did not like the fact that we had to pay for the umbrella. if we are staying at your hotel, we should not have to pay for shade! I paid $20 for one hour because they made us leave due to dark clouds and a little wind that turned into nothing."

Hyatt Place Ft. Lauderdale Airport & Cruise Port
"Decent spot. Was only there one night after a cruise. Close to many places to eat/shop near. Shuttle to airport was nice. Spot across the street was nicer as I stayed there before the cruise. This place was a little more dated, but served its purpose."
