It is a small building, located next door to a 7-Eleven, in an unsafe area with many drug users on the sidewalk right in front of their allways locked sidewalk door, specialy early morning and after 6 pm. The deluxe room they advertise was tiny (around 8 square meters), not luxury, and the bathroom (one square meter) and separate shower (another small 2 sm room) were both shared, which was never disclosed...

"The Hotel is new and is very nice, but if you get a normal room it is extremely small. It is nicely decorated and the cleaning service is courteous. Yet some people at front desk where not nice at all. I was never texted to be advised my room was ready considering i had a red eye the night before and checked in at 8am. I had to call at 4-5pm to see if it was ready."

"The shower could have been a little cleaner and saw what look like a water mark in wall by room door. Walls look like wall paper was on it the property could have been more updated as much as it cost per night. The staff was fine just room was very small and not spacious. Don’t think I would stay there again"

"This hotel, located in Koreatown is a perfect option in terms of convenience. It is close to the subway station and several eateries, not to mention that it's a stone's throw away from the iconic Macy's Herald Square. The staff was pleasant and extremely helpful.
