"Location of the hotel was OK. Room was very basic and lack of any safe was a concern meaning we had to lock everything away in our cases. This was even more concerning with an issue we have tried, unsuccessfully, to address via the general manager. On the last day of our stay we left the hotel late morning and returned about 9pm to find our room door open. Staff had clearly been in and emptied the bin in the bathroom, however no other service had taken place. The door does not close...

"Good for travelers on a budget and willing to compromise. Clean and comfortable bed. But lacking many things you might expect at a hotel, such as an elevator, wifi, and housekeeping. Small rooms with few amenities."
