"I have stayed at this hotel many times before, but this visit was extremely disappointing. First, there was a strong moldy smell in the room. In addition, there was a loud party taking place in the room next to mine, continuing until 5 or 6 a.m. The guests kept their door open, smoked marijuana in the hallway, drank heavily, and played extremely loud music using what sounded like nightclub-level speakers. As a result, I was unable to sleep for more than half of my stay. Each time this occurred, I contacted the front desk and requested assistance, but no immediate or effective action was taken. I also requested a room change multiple times, both in person and via message. Although I was repeatedly told that it would be handled, my room was never changed. It appeared that there was a lack of communication between staff, as some mentioned they were unaware of my previous requests. I made at least 10 to 15 complaints during my stay, but the situation was never properly resolved. It also felt as though the hotel may have changed ownership, as the overall management system and service quality were noticeably different from my previous experiences. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not consider staying at this hotel again."

"We checked in late and the room was a disaster. Very dirty. Appliances falling apart. Bathtub had rust in it. No outlet covers. Broken lights that did not turn on. And then..the headboard fell off. Demanded a new room which was cleaner but still very outdated. I could hear every car that past on the highway. Noise level was 100!! So needless to say I didn’t get any rest and had a funeral to attend to in the morning. They did change the room however they did not apologize for any type of inconvenience and was a little rude when I called down to say what had happened. Nope 0/100 DO NOT RECOMMEND!! $160 for one night at a -0 establishment. I didn’t expect royal treatment but I expected way more for what I paid. "

"The room was very nice. There was a welcome message on the tv which I thought was cool. The staff could be friendlier. They were polite but not friendly. I asked about get a hotel color the city which didn’t work out and that was ok but she didn’t mention that there was a shuttle. I found that out a day later when I read the tiny paper that came with the room card. I think it shave been mentioned regardless. Also where to find hotel information through the tv. I figured that out on my third day. I did not eat at the hotel nor did I drive. The shuttle runs every hour starting at 10. We got downstairs and I asked about the shuttle at 9:45 so we decided to wait for it. 10 no shuttle. 10:15 no shuttle. I ask about it. He said he should be in the front soon. I heard him tell a trainee about the shuttle and they page them if late. This was not done and the shuttle never showed. We took an uber. Due to the location your only options are to drive yourself, an uber, or wait for the shuttle. You can’t safely walk to public transportation. "
