"First impression was checking in over the phone, the staff was rude and laughed at my questions about parking. Checking in, the guy at the desk was extremely grumpy and kind of a jerk. There's broken glass all around the property and needles in right outside the steps in the minimal brush by the main steps to the loby. "You have to reserve for the pool and will only get 1 hr slots. Pool is on the smaller size. Breakfast was very standard. Valet parking seemed affordable and was quick with bringing car to front door. Lots of food shops near by. Was very kid friendly and offers a pack and play as crib. "

"Simply outstanding! From arrival to departure, everything was 5 stars. This was our second time staying at this wonderful hotel. Staff greeted us with a friendly smile and a warm “welcome back.” The room (#16) was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. Additionally, the included amenities throughout the hotel and in our room were top shelf/first class…no one does it better! We shall definitely return. Highly recommended. "
