"Great location for a couple looking to get away. Small kitchen but is great for a stay if you arent looking to do much cooking. Its about a 3-5 minute walk into town where everything is. Morning coffee on the front porch was our favorite. Hot water is lacking a bit but give it time and it works, just dont expect super hot showers and you will do just fine. Personally feel its a great stay for the price and location to town is well worth it. Thanks!"

"Owners Elena and Anthony are awesome. I was planning on staying a few days because I sold my house downtown Orlando and I’m in the process of looking to buy some things and I ended up staying a whole month. Alberto is also amazing if you need anything they’re right there to help you with whatever you need communications awesome. Their properties are very cute and clean and safe. I would highly recommend them."

"Overall, it was clean. Bedrooms, bathroom, and kitchen were fine. There was a small puddle on floor in one of the rooms. A windowsill in the common area had a dead mosquito. Front porch furniture wasn’t clean. Didn’t meet a staff member until ready to leave. Extra supplies were provided upon request. "

"Super cool and spotless!!! Communication with host was excellent, entry was a breeze and we wanted for nothing. Bed was super comfy, all amenities supplied. We had a wonderful stay!"

"Terrible. Well at least room 334 was. It smelled like your crazy cat lady aunt's house with a dirty litter box. We found animal hair and a cat toy. Even with the windows open, we put Vicks VapoRub on our noses. We have had to wash everything we brought into the room. Note my girlfriend and I both have indoor cats in our homes. Honestly, I am shocked they are even using this room in its current state. We were exhausted from travel and checked in late after the front desk was gone or we would...

"Very friendly staff! The 2 ladies in the evening shift were very nice and helpful. Loved the updates of the room, but I wish they’d put more attention into some deep cleaning as they do the modern furniture or lighting. Our room smelled VERY musty! We ended up buying room spray and an air freshener for the room to try to disguise it a little (and you shouldn’t have to do that at a hotel) If we were staying longer than one night, I would’ve definitely wanted a new room. "Nice clean hotel, breakfast was ok. The room advertised a pull out double bed sofa. It was barely a super single, but it was comfortable for a pull out. Ice machine is in the refrigerator in the room and if you don't know to turn it on when you get to the room, then you will not have ice for the morning. Price was a little high, but what can you do about that anymore?"
