"The fridge stopped working on our second day and all the food inside went bad. There was a stain on my sheet and housekeeping changed it but said that it wasn't a stain, it was just "worn out". "Wir waren nur für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise in diesem Hotel und insgesamt zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt.
Das Zimmer war in Ordnung und sauber. Leider war ein leichter Geruch im Zimmer wahrnehmbar, was den Gesamteindruck etwas gemindert hat.
Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück. Für diese Hotelkategorie war es wirklich außergewöhnlich gut, mit einer großen Auswahl und vielen Produkten. Hier wurden unsere Erwartungen deutlich übertroffen.

"We had stayed that on Friday, we had three big roaches on the room we killed, bought food from the lobby very nasty over cooked, two packs of ketchup had mold on it and I left the two packs in front of the TV for them to see. Yes I should have went to the front desk and said something but it was super late and I was exhausted. But I don't know if I really would stay there again..."

"We thought the hotel should have gone to buy a new toaster for $24 at Walmart there was a line in breakfast room because only 1 slot worked we reported it to the staff and they said on order - meanwhile there was a work crew that stayed there and they said they have been there for 3 weeks and had 1 slot in toaster all that time - something so easy to remedy but no common sense problem and or no corp authority to purchase a toaster for the breakfast area -"
