"we had hot water issues in our room, they moved us to a second room and had hot water issues in that room as well. Maintenance came and fixed the water in the second room, but it was disruptive to our stay. The rooms were clean, but worn down. The convenience of the property being right in the mall was nice as we could go to the wave pool and shower/change in our room. for families the hotel is convenient."

"Had a room reserved but when we got there the room was so hot it was ridiculous. I asked to get a different room and it was no better..I asked if they had A\C and she said no I said well you better take that off the website stating they do..FALSE ADVERTISING at its finest. And to top it off they wouldn’t give my money back.We went to a different hotel. Will not be back! So if your looking for a room with A/C especially in the summer this is not the place!"
