"We are overall satisfied. Nice place to stay that will not rip off your bank!"

"The room was outdated. The floors and showers were not the cleanest. We wore slippers and shower shoes after finding a toe nail on the floor. Our room also was very warm. The ac control did not work but we were out of the hotel room most of the time. The beds were very small for Two adults. It’s in a convenient location for Citi field & the 7th train. For the price it was worth it, but I wouldn’t stay again."

"Upon check in, the elevators were not working. I explained that I am still recovering from several back surgeries and would not be able to do stairs. I informed the front desk clerk that I also could not carry my luggage up the stairs. The young man working the counter offered no solutions. I also had to park approximately a 15 minute walk from the only parking spot could find. They could have done much better"

"The hotel is horrible！ 1. There was a huge fly 4 times of regular size flying around the room. 2.The shower head was installed wrongly that you got poured by the cold water every time you turned on the fauce t. 3.Rotten English maffen for breakfast. 4.The staff got pits off when you asked for help. I can go on and on and on. It's such a shame that Expedia includes this hotel！"

"Room was perfect!! Clean, spacious, great water pressure in the shower, met all expectations except for two. We recommend putting safes in the rooms. People don’t want to have to carry all their valuables around with them while sightseeing or out on the town. Also, please stock your mini store with commonly used items, such as tums, Tylenol, and ibuprofen. The front desk staff was extremely kind, professional, and attentive. Great stay!!"
