Worst hotel I have ever stayed at. ADA compliant room TV only got half the channels and the ADA shower didn't function properly also creates slipping hazard how in the hell is that ADA compliant. Second I got to sleep for a whole 4 hours before your guest in the room above me decided to start walking around and wake me the hell up on top I could tell he was taking a shower because I could hear the water leaking inside of the damn walls I would have had a better night sleep staying in the Ford motel and if you don't understand what that is it's my F-250 pickup truck

Wonderful staff, entire place extremely clean and updated, pillows and bed very comfortable. The reasons for not a fifth star is because breakfast did not have pork alternative breakfast meat and the toiletry products were horrible. The shampoo and conditioner neither shampooed nor conditioned. Hair looked and felt awful from use. And the soap made skin very dry. Need to upgrade those.

We went for a quick overnight trip. The manager on duty was rude and did not know any events going on in the community. My husband and kids went to swim but the door to the outside was open and it was freezing in the pool area. Staff was unable to be located to asked about the issue. The next day when checking out, same manager, just took our room key without a word. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable. The one staff member we had interactions with was rude.

All staff were very nice , helpful. House keeping failed to come in for clean towels after being asked . Handy capped shower sucks. We did not request or needed one . The mess stayed as it was. The air-conditioning was extremely loud , & the grounds well needed quite a bit of attention.

A Tired, Old Hotel with Recent Updates

This is a former Rodeway Inn, so the property looks tired and old, even though the finishes inside have been recently updated...lots of weeds and lack of nice landscaping, and not a nice parking lot area. Trash, weeds, overgrowth, etc., all around the property perimeter. It reminds me of the saying, "You can put lipstick on a pig, but it's still a pig." For example, in our room, the new carpet was shoddily installed, with gaps between the carpet and baseboards. They slapped some new carpet, furniture, and finishes in the rooms, but the bones are old, and you can tell. The elevator was gross. But the hotel interior and rooms were at least clean, so there's that. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the breakfast was decent, and the food area was very clean. Overall, both positives and negatives, but I don't think the rating/reviews were honestly reflective of the actual property.

The ratings were all 10s and they NAILED IT. Beds are so nice and place so quiet we slept til 9 am! Worth the drive off I-80!!!
