Khách sạn Trung tâm Thành phố Fort William , Pháo đài William

"Ok for a stay. Good location."

"Family like"

"Mattress was very unconfortable, very old bed. Bathroom is spacious. Window view is nice. Breakfast was not very good. Overall building ambiance was pretty depressing."

"Staff were very welcoming when I arrived. My room was on the second floor with a nice window looking out over the loch. The room itself was comfortable and warm once I'd figured out how to work the electric heater and the bed was comfortable. In-room facilities were good, with a kettle, a plentiful supply of instant coffee, hot-chocolate and teas and two packs of biscuits. In the bathroom, there were sealed tubes of body wash and shampoo which were a good touch. Overall, the bedroom was clean...

"The owners are friendly and welcoming."

"Perfect option for our quick stay in Fort William! The location was close to the train station and shops/restaurants etc. the staff was very helpful and the room was comfortable and clean. Highly recommend"

"We booked this property in April 2026 thinking it was one house made up of one dwelling. We booked one night and after some deliberation we booked a second consecutive night separately believing it would be the same property. Upon arrival at the property we soon realized the house was divided into two separate residences, an east wing and a west wing. At no point did Black Sheep Hotels tell us that the property was made up of two residences and that we had in fact booked one night in each...

"Bonne localisation. Chambre démesurément petite (à peine de la place pour les bagages). Salle de bain minuscule et besoin de rénovation). On avait l'impression de déranger la personne en arrivant à l’hotel, croissant sec dans la boîte à lunch du petit déjeuner. Je ne recommande pas."

"The room was nice with a close location to the main town. Breakfast was just a cold buffet rather than a cooked meal"

"The garrison was very average. Small room, a tad noisy and a bit overpriced. Would not go back"

"This appears to have been recently renovated, so clean and in good repair. Rooms are incredibly small. Our bathroom was up three stairs…not good for the older generation. We did not try the restaurant. Staff were fine but we had minimal interaction as we just checked in, slept, and checked out. Fine for an overnight stay…not a long one requiring wiggle room!"

"Clean parking"

"Absolutely next level in terms of comfort and attention to detail. The hosts were extremely attentive as well."

"Very quiet. Well stocked kitchen. Many unexpected things provided (razors, toothbrushes, shavers, cereal. Very clean. Close enough to walk to train station and bus station. Bright and cheery. Bathrooms are quite small, but there are two of them. All in all a good experience."

"Hands down our best room in Scotland! The room & bathroom were spacious, immaculate, and warmly decorated. Everything you might possibly need was provided - a plethora of complimentary snacks & beverages, wonderful local soaps & lotions, a hair dryer (lacking in 2 of our previous rooms). Small little kindnesses like a tiny flashlight attached to the room key & umbrellas provided in the room , lots of hanging & hook space. It was just a lovely lovely room with numerous extras that set it...

"Probably one of the best B&B's we have stayed in. Highly recommend."

"I got the private room and it was just amazing"
