"The mold in the shower of Room 3, at a minimum, should be cleaned. Shower door is off its track. Cheap, white Bed side tables have bubbled. These are small things that can be fixed for very little cost. Sheets were clean, bed is comfortable. Location is excellent. Kitchen and kitchen ware is clean."
