"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kong Arthur. Staff are friendly and welcoming the hotel is nice and clean with nice art placed around. We were in a section with no lifts so the carry of our suitcases upstairs was not easy. Our room was small but more than adequate with tea and coffee sachets and a kettle with a fridge with complimentary water in it. Bathroom was small with good shower and a range of soaps on offer and nice soft towels. We would definitely recommend this hotel and will stay again on our return to Copenhagen."

"The rooms are on the small size typical of many European cities. Just enough room to open two suitcases. Room and bathroom were very clean, the bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast included for us and was very good, but not what Americans might expect. Location was great and central which was good for us as we walked everywhere and needed to be close to the Central Train Station. Restaurants, shopping, sightseeing all at your fingertips."

"The location is excellent. We enjoyed our stay at the Ascot Hotel very much but were surprised that there wasn’t a bellman to assist with luggage when we arrived and we had a lot due to a long trip. We had to get a signature suite so that we had enough space to put our two large and two small pieces of luggage as there was not any drawers to put anything in. The closet didn’t have much room in it. The breakfast was generally good but the oatmeal was runny. Maintenance-wise, the carpet up to breakfast is very dirty and the left chair by the elevator is also very dirty. The front desk staff were wonderful and very accommodating. There are many dining places close by."
