"city transport card not provided until check in at night. It should be emailed a day before check in. Very delay in check in process, waited for 45 minutes to check in. Need more and efficient reception staff to facilitate the visitors. Breakfast was good, filled up quickly with varieties of items available. Room and toilets were clean, well maintained. Room had electric kettle and coffee tea options, liked it. Recommended to everyone. will visit again"

"Very clean the breakfast was lovely all very fresh. I emailed in advance to advise a 40th celebration just got a printed birthday message which was folded wrong on a bit of paper. The pillows were really uncomfortable. Requested slippers so I could go in the sauna never got them. If you want robe or other pillows you have to request from reception them carry to your room. Location was great and reception staff helped with directions."

"We were in one of three hotels on the property, likely the least expensive bit still 300 France/night. Yes, prices fluctuate, I know. Small room. Very clean and seemingly new. The restaurant stafd was overwhelmed on what appeared to be a slow night...it took a half hour to get the 2 scoops of ice cream we ordered at the bar, breakfast was weak. Other than the food/restaurant service, this place is worth staying at if you want to be close to the airport. You will need to get to town for a...

"Perfect for overnight stay. Gorgeous, clean bathroom with excellent shower. Staff very friendly & helpful. Good breakfast but slightly pricey if just need a quick bite. Easy walk from airport in sun but wouldn’t fancy it in the rain! Just follow signs for Palexpo."

"Es ist ein Ibis Budget in Laufnähe des Flughafen. Wenn man einen früheren Flug erwischen muss passt es. Zimmer wie überall bei Ibis Budget - klein, zweckerfüllen und sauber. Nicht mehr, nicht weniger. Somit für 7 Stunden Schlaf und eine Dusche Perfekt. Preis/Leistung passt. Wer jedoch ein Hotel in Genf für Geschäftliches oder Städtereise braucht gibt es bessere."

Great breakfast with many options available. There was no air condition in the room so felt stuffy a bit, luckily it was cold weather. The hotel is 8-9 minutes walk to tram station which goes to city center. overall, was good stay. will visit again. Thank you"
