"Very nice stay here. Nice part of the world & all staff were friendly!!
Would definitely consider staying again if ever in the area.
Breakfast was good but slightly slow service which wasn’t our servers fault as she was very busy & working alone. She was very friendly.
Bar stayed open late which worked well with us catching up with friends. And the bar staff were great, didn’t feel like they were rushing us at the end of the night. "

"I stayed at this 3-star hotel and honestly, it was great for what I needed. The room was super minimal—no unnecessary stuff, just clean lines and a calm vibe. But even with the simple setup, it was really comfortable. The bed was cozy, the space felt fresh, and everything just worked.
It’s not trying to be fancy, but that’s kind of the point. It’s quiet, relaxing, and easy. The staff were friendly and helpful without hovering. If you’re into a clean, no-fuss place that still feels really good...
"The room had a few things missing ,2 cups for a quadruple room,a fan as i couldnt open the windows much and a fan would have really helped .Also wifi didnt work .The man from reception went into our room while we were out ,lucky my daughter stayed behind as we had left phones a laptop and a purse with cash in gor our stsy"
"I stayed 2 nights in the Seaview Hotel in July 2025 - on arrival, I was struck by the age and traditional appearance of the building, and wondered how such a small property could offer rooms. Inside, it's gorgeous - a lot of money has been spent on developing the property, and very thoughtful touches have been added to the rooms. It was extremely comfortable, and the food in the bistro was excellent. Highly recommended!"
"The stay at Aden house was fantastic! The owner Martin was very friendly and helpful, giving us advice about the area and sights to see as well as places to eat. The en-suite appears to be a converted closet and while not the roomiest of commodes, grants excellent privacy and sufficient facilities. The area is lovely and the breakfast we were served included the Best full Scottish breakfast we had in the two weeks we've visited Scotland. Amazingly friendly and personable hosts!
