"The pillows were so flimsy, I basically got no sleep. The air vents were insanely loud when the AC ran which kept us up too. We had a handicap room, which should have been reserved for someone who was handicap. But the bathroom sink faucet was so close to the counter, water got all over the counter when we used it. It also stunk like weed on our entire floor. Which causes us to get headaches."

"Booked 2 rooms with 2 queen beds a family of 9 including 2 kids. We've tried DoubleTree by Hilton in Washington State and we were given the warm cookies individually. Here, the front desk person said just maximum 2 per room which made us disappointed. Also both the rooms A/C were loud. Rooms were also so far from the elevator."

"Check in time was 4:00 PM but room wasn’t ready until 7:30 PM. Very short on staff. Apparently one person was cleaning all of the rooms. The room had a strong moldy smell. Furniture was worn out (vinyl on the headboards was peeling off). It is the closest hotel to the convention center and parking was convenient but not going to stay here again. "

"Painted in bright colors. Lobby organized. Although I booked the room for 2 people, the king bed had 2 standard flat pillows and there was one set of towels. The deadbolt was very loose and needed to be repaired. No elevator, long stair case (a by product of the old building) There were also bugs in the bed. The Google said they were carpet beetles and sometimes bit people. How can anyone stay there with bugs in the beds?"

"Front desk person did not provide any information and placed my reservation on a new Wyndham account instead of the account that I had a card for. Only one towel in the room for two guests and no bath mat. No breakfast as advertised. Homeless individuals in the stairwells."

"Room was very dirty, sheets on the bed were dirty and stained, towels had dirty spots on them. Bathtub was discussed, light in the bathroom was broken with exposed wires. Room didn't smell good. I will never stay there again."

"This hotel was not what we expected. The room was just deplorable. The mirrors had black marks on it. We were there three nights and the room was never cleaned. Luckily, we saw the housekeeper on the first day to receive extra towels. The hotel tv system was only usable if you were a computer tech. The system didn’t even have the regular channels (ABC, NBC and CBS) The location was near the Inner Harbor but the area didn’t feel safe. Baltimore is a nice city but this hotel was a terrible...
