"This hotel is under major renovation. Did not know that until we arrived. It was too late to find somewhere else when we got there. There was a $100 deposit, which I thought was pretty steep considering the condition of the place. The deposit was charged to our credit card and never refunded. Needless to say, we’ll never stay here again even if they ever get their renovations complete."
"Initially the room had a strange odor. King sized room was small. Really did appreciate the breakfast and supper options that were included. Elevators to go up and down were good.
Would be nice to have a wheelchair available for use."
"Overall my stay was good. I do wish there had been hot water available for a cup of tea or a microwave. There was a Kuerig in the room but I never use hotel coffee pots of any kind that are in the room. I don’t believe they are clean. The restaurant in the lobby does serve coffee and the staff was very friendly. I dropped my coffee after just a couple of dips and they made me a new one for free, that was very kind of them and I greatly appreciated it!
I won’t stay here again (or any Marriott) though because I HATE the showers that Marriott has installed. I don’t like the half walls because the shower never really gets nice and cozy and my legs freeze. It is very hard to shave your legs when you are freezing.
This particular location was very convenient to many things and the staff everywhere was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and I really appreciate that. I just really hate the showers and Marriott in general needs to fix that."
"Old and tired motel. Cob webs down the wall of the bathroom. I travel for work and this is the worst motel in St Louis, I've stayed in, so far. I won't book here again."

8/10 Good
"We were the first guests for breakfast. Everything was fresh and delicious. Our room was good. Unfortunately, prior guests had unplugged the television and our less-than-tech-saavy selves couldn't figure out how to plug it in for the longest time! We were on the first level. At approximately 3:30 a.m., we were awakened by the guests on the level above us. I believe they may have had a WWE-style match going on in their room. Overall, our stay was amazing. The beds were firm, which is my preference. My daughter with Down syndrome slept well, which is our only concern. My children and husband took advantage of the pool. A manager did have to come oust some underage children who were not being supervised and were quite rowdy, especially around my daughter with disabilities. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend others to enjoy the hotel."
