"I recently stayed at the Spark by Hilton in Richardson and was very disappointed with the cleanliness and maintenance of the room. Upon arrival, I noticed significant dark staining and discoloration on the wall behind the furniture, which raised concerns about the condition of the room. The bathroom was also poorly maintained, with dirty and deteriorating caulking around the bathtub and visible grime in multiple areas. Walls visibly bumpy not sure what’s that’s about, someone cannot paint to...

They did not pick up the phone or respond to my text whenever I arrived. A stranger had to let me in. The apartment right above was consistently loud until after 4 am on top of consistent stomping and screaming whenever they’re home. "This place was horrible. Check in was a disastrous experience. They wouldn't grant me my first floor request said that the second floor was the only room avaliable. However more than half of the rooms were empty. There was food all over the ceiling and walls in the kitchen. The air conditioner was turned all the way off when we first got into the room so we turned it on turned it all the way down it was 90° in there and it never got below 84 staff was horribly rude trash all over the ground...

"ワールドカップ時に利用。 駅から徒歩5分以内で治安が良い中に立地してます。駅は近いですがレストランやコンビニが近くにないのでやはり車の方が便利なのでしょう。 ダウンタウンと空港までは乗り換えなし。 ホテルは無料の朝食が付き、豪勢ではありませんがしっかりと食べられて充実していたと思います。オレンジ、バナナ、オートミール、ベーグルなどのパン、自分で焼くワッフル、ヨーグルト、ミルク、スクランブルエッグ、100％ジュース、薄いハンバーグ、など。 また設備が全般的に新しい、清潔なところが良い。適度なアートやメタリックをベースとした設備、備品などおしゃれです。 こじんまりして全て必要十分な全体的に満足度が高いホテルでした。"
