"Stay was horrible i arrived at the property at 7 pm and was not able to check in until after 8 pm! Due to expedia not sending over the virtual payment card and going through multiple agents to get situation taken care of all agents were not only rude to me but also to the lady at the front desk! The front desk agent tried to be as helpful as possible though. "I had a staff member walk into my room without gym permission. The most traumatizing incident I have ever had in my life. When I confronted the staff they deny it and said I checked out digitally. Hilton staff needs to face the consequences for this behavior. I can only imagine what they have done to other single female guests."

"The property was extremely hot & humid in the rooms. There were fans in the lobby pointing towards the entrance. The elevator is a complete safety hazard it’s stopped & the door opened repeatedly every floor before even getting to the floor i was staying on which was level 6 everytime we got on it! The other elevator must have been out of order there was no sign however only one worked. The rooms were cleaned decent my sheets were dirty & there wasn’t a phone in the room to contact customer...

"There was a tree to park the rental car under. The property is run down, a lot of low income people living there. Always looking around suspiciously, working on cars. The room was clean but shower did work, the soap was so old it wouldn’t lather at all. No coffee or utensils glasses or anything in the room. The breakfast was a stale muffin an old breakfast bar. Definitely would not recommend."
