"This place was horrible. Check in was a disastrous experience. They wouldn't grant me my first floor request said that the second floor was the only room avaliable. However more than half of the rooms were empty. There was food all over the ceiling and walls in the kitchen. The air conditioner was turned all the way off when we first got into the room so we turned it on turned it all the way down it was 90° in there and it never got below 84 staff was horribly rude trash all over the ground outside and they wanted to charge me $100 deposit on a room that cost $45 to rent I have requested a refund Expedia says that they do not give them and I'm pretty sure that the people in the office won't Grant it either because they're just not a very helpful people"

"The pool didnt work the week that we were there. We also had the smoke alarm beep the entire stay. We called maintenance and they replaced a battery and it was still back to beeping especially after the workday. Would still stay here again. Everything else was great! Grounds, food, staff, room,etc."

"Let me start of by saying that from the moment we walked through the door, everything was great! The front desk staff was the friendliest I have ever dealt with. The entire place was probably the cleanest one I have ever been too The indoor pool was great! It was storming outside, so being able to still swim was fabulous! I was disappointed that the hot tub was not in working order, but that was jus a minor inconvience. I would have loved to taken advantage of the free breakfast, but I overslept, so I can't say anything about that. Oh yeah...the best part? Most places want you out by 10 a.m., this check out was at noon, which made such a huge difference! Definitely going to stay here again!"
