"We booked a two bedroom with golf course view and was also expecting cook to order breakfast as advertised on Expedia. They DO NOT offer cook to order breakfast and we didn't realize we didn't have a golf course view into several days of our stay, but it was too late to change rooms. At check out, I mentioned I was upset about paying for a golf view and not receiving it, but they indicated it was a "special" request item and based upon availability. I sent them a print out of my reservation...

"My kids enjoy having a lot of space (the big house) and having both their own pool and the water park to play in. The perks stop there. DO NOT travel near Passover unless you are Jewish, 90% of the vacationers are there for a luxury passover event. This event seems to draw rude people. They are rude to fellow guests, they are rude to staff, and you can only eat terrible, overpriced kosher food at the waterpark during this time. The water park food was absurdly expensive and nearly inedible....
