"I had seen several negative reviews mentioning a lack of cleanliness, but we didn't find this to be the case. Both our room and the lobby area were clean. The decor and landscaping in the lobby and adjacent courtyard were very nice. There was also a complimentary wine tasting. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend highly!"

"Check-in was easy and staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel is old, but very well kept and clean, which made it all the better. And the location couldn’t have been a better, right in the Santa Rosa Historic Railroad Square, near many restaurants and shops! The restaurant doesn’t have a breakfast, but there is a very nice coffee shop (Aroma Cafe) across the street and a fantastic breakfast restaurant (Omelet Express) just around the corner! Definitely staying here again the next...
