Check in was stress free with friendly staff. Room was located on the 3rd floor so it was lovely and quiet.

Receptionist was ok but we were booked into a room that was having maintenance done so had to comeback downstairs. We were promised a restaurant voucher for compensation but received nothing. Swimming pool and spa pool were booked out and no free parking as stated on the facts on the tv.
