"What a wonderful stay we had at this hotel! Firstly, we were able to check-in early and after a 6 hour drive that was great. Secondly, the room was comfortable and quiet(the exception to this was the loud HVAC window unit). The location is great; being far enough away from a lot of the Milwaukee madness but close to the Milwaukee County Zoo, for instance. Coffee and hot water for tea and herbal tea was always available. "We were there for 3 nights. Was surprised that didn't switch up breakfast at all--same thing twice. Kitchen staff not helpful or keeping tables clean. Variety would have been good. Front staff was helpful.Asked about hard boiled eggs--"no". Pool was good."

"I broke a bone in my foot on the way to Milwaukee. Upon arriving, I could barely walk and couldn’t stand the pain and foot continued swelling. We were there a total of 15 minutes and needed to check out so I could go to urgent care and head home. The front desk was of zero help and no partial refund was given."
