"I broke a bone in my foot on the way to Milwaukee. Upon arriving, I could barely walk and couldn’t stand the pain and foot continued swelling. We were there a total of 15 minutes and needed to check out so I could go to urgent care and head home. The front desk was of zero help and no partial refund was given."

"The room, towels bed linens as well As the kitchen stuff were clean. The breakfast could be improved. Oatmeal and bananas ran out 1 hour before closing. On a regular day, breakfast ends at 9:00 am. Breakfast at the onsite restaurant was a total disappointment. For $17, the pack included two strips of bacon, over easy egg cooked on a messy grill, 5 sliced cherry tomatoes and a slice of bread."

"Clean room and spaces, and excellent, quiet in room a/c. We needed a room spur of the moment for a grad party nearby and the Baymont Inn and Suites was perfect for the 4 of us. The coffee and breakfast got the spot in the morning. Thank you!"

"What a wonderful stay we had at this hotel! Firstly, we were able to check-in early and after a 6 hour drive that was great. Secondly, the room was comfortable and quiet(the exception to this was the loud HVAC window unit). The location is great; being far enough away from a lot of the Milwaukee madness but close to the Milwaukee County Zoo, for instance. Coffee and hot water for tea and herbal tea was always available. "Our room was great. It looked to be freshly remodeled. It also had a full sized fridge and stove. The staff was friendly and very accommodating."

"Close drive to Milwaukee. Pool was cold. Hot tub was hot. Towels available. Quick check in. As we walked into the room ac was on it was freezing. We had to turn on heat to get it comfortable. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Olive Garden next door. Small breakfast room but breakfast was good. Front Desk staff was friendly."
